Over twelve weeks you will explore different dimensions of yourself through wisdom, Kriya, meditation, breath, awareness and self-observation. . The intention is to develop: deeper self-knowledge, greater awareness, stronger inner stability, conscious use of energy, clarity, self-responsibility, the ability to respond rather than react, trust, adaptability, courage, inner freedom, connection to purpose, a deeper relationship with silence, gratitude and embodiment.
A 90 DAYS PROGRAM
12 STEPS. 12 WEEKS. 12 MONTHS
The twelve weeks provide a concentrated period in which you move systematically through the entire body of teachings and practices. For 90 days, we walk through the complete journey together.
THE 12 STEPS
-
Understanding where we are going internally, why we are undertaking the journey and how attention activates intention
-
Working with Agni, willpower, commitment, self-belief, energy and the capacity to act.
-
Cultivating openness, connection, joy and the capacity not to contract from life.
-
Exploring goals, dreams, intention and our relationship with plans.
-
Exploring attachment, control, surrender, trust and our relationship with uncertainty.
Surrender is not giving up. It is continuing purposeful action while releasing attachment to a particular outcome.
-
Developing moment-to-moment awareness, presence and the clarity to know what is being asked of us.
The practice invites participants beyond simply understanding presence conceptually and toward experiencing it.
-
Moving beyond the pressure to “find my purpose.”
The teaching places evolution first: our primary purpose is to grow.
Then comes moment-to-moment purposefulness, and from there the possibility of understanding what life or nature wishes to express through us.
-
Cultivating awareness, witnessing, centred attention and a relationship with the stillness beneath thought.
Mindfulness is approached not as filling the mind but as purposeful present-moment awareness.
-
Exploring fear, courage, conditioning, pain, trust and freedom.
A central contemplation:Exploring fear, courage, conditioning, pain, trust and freedom.
A central contemplation:
In this moment, am I choosing love or fear?
-
Learning to move from reaction toward response, from effort toward effortlessness and from fragmentation toward deeper alignment.
The teaching connects flow with self-observation, self-awareness and consistent self-practice.
-
Cultivating gratitude as a state that transforms the way life is experienced.
Returning again and again toward love, connection, grace and deeper consciousness
-
The final step is fundamentally about integration.
How do we carry an awakening, learning or significant experience back into ordinary life?
How do we keep what has opened within us alive?

“Simon creates a safe space where you can be more honest and true to yourself. He is one beautiful soul with pure intentions and full of humanity. He is very approachable, so it was easy for me to come to the Kriya course, even though I was a little nervous about the English language.
The Kriya journey helped me connect with myself more deeply. I became more aware of old beliefs that don’t serve me anymore. My body became softer, more relaxed and stronger during the course. Stuck energy started to move, my breathing expanded, and I felt much more energetic and alive.
I highly recommend the Kriya course if you feel tired, stuck or too busy in life.”

STARTING 2027 FRESH
GIVE YOURSELF A SEASON OF SINCERE PRACTICE
Rather than waiting until January to create another resolution, I invite you to use the final approximately 90 days of 2026 consciously. This isn't about collecting twelve more practices. It is about developing a body of wisdom and practice that you can keep returning to, we practise not simply to change what happens around us, but to change the state from which we experience and respond to life.
“Simon is well versed in this ancient technology, and I appreciated the insight, kindness and care he brought to the practices. The results were immediately apparent. I joined during a period of great grief, and have no doubt that the course supported me through this shift in surprising and wondrous ways.”

MY CAMINO WITH KRIYA
“There are times when we do not need to add more. We need to clear what has accumulated, listen beneath the noise and return to the practices that help us remember who we are.
I know what it is to lose rhythm, to watch habits slowly take over, and to know what would support me while still struggling to begin.
Kriya Yoga has repeatedly given me a doorway back. Through breath, movement and stillness, it creates space where there was tension, movement where there was stagnation, and clarity where there was noise.
I have spent extended periods in India and the Himalayas learning within this tradition, and for more than a decade I have shared these practices with people around the world.
‘The 12 steps’ are not about escaping your life or becoming somebody else. It is an invitation to clear what is clouding you, restore what has been depleted and begin again from a place of greater presence.
I’d be honoured to walk these five weeks beside you.”

FAQ
-
No — just willingness to meet yourself as you are.
The course is suitable for complete beginners as well as people who already have an established yoga or meditation practice.
The practices will be guided clearly, and each week will build naturally upon the previous one.
-
All sessions will be recorded.
You will have access to the recordings until 18 October 2026.
Joining live is encouraged because the shared field and weekly rhythm are meaningful parts of the experience, but you can still receive the full course through the recordings.
-
If possible, we suggest practising for approximately 20–30 minutes, minimum three times per week (ideally daily).
The practice (sadhana) will be explained in detail and recorded in our sessions together for you to follow along.
Consistency is more important than intensity.
-
You can watch the recording and continue with the group.
Each practice builds upon the previous one, so we encourage you to complete missed sessions before moving too far ahead.
-
Kriya may include gentle movement, but this is not primarily a physical exercise class.
The practices work with breath, concentration, meditation, awareness and energy.
You do not need to be physically flexible or physically experienced.
-
The private Telegram group will offer gentle support throughout the five weeks.
You can receive reminders, ask questions, share reflections and connect with other participants.
Participation in the group is optional.
(If WhatsApp is a better for all of the group we will consider that option)

The course is educational and spiritual in nature and is not a replacement for medical or psychological care.
-
The Inner Reset is a complete journey in itself.
It is also a foundation for those who wish to continue more deeply.
Participants will be invited to future Kriya journeys and a more in-depth programme exploring personal evolution, sustained practice and the embodiment of these teachings in everyday life.
Participants will also receive a returning-student discount for the next stage of the journey.
“Kriya Yoga is an ancient science of controlling life energy, enabling one to still the mind and realise the Self.”
