PILGRIMAGE
A Soul Journey through North & South
20 Nov–4 Dec, 2025
A pilgrimage is a sacred journey within.
A pilgrimage is not just about traveling through sacred lands — it is about being moved by them. It offers us the opportunity to be guided and transformed, so that we may live our lives with greater depth.
Step onto the sacred soil of India and into a soul journey shaped by devotion, presence, and deep connection.
Over 14 days, as an intimate group (max. 12 participants), we’ll travel through sacred landscapes of the Himalayan North and the mystic South. Along the way, we’ll meet living teachers, luminous places, and the quiet mystery that calls us inward.
This is a rare invitation to experience India from the inside out — not as an observer, but as one being received. We’ll be welcomed into sacred spaces, meaningful encounters, and timeless rituals that awaken something within.
This is not a tour — it is a pilgrimage of the heart,
Incredible India:
Living Love Pilgrimage
Journeys of the Heart · Igniting Inner Spirit · Remembering Who You Are
We invite you into a sacred and intimate journey through some of India’s most revered sites — Haridwar, Rishikesh, and Arunachala — places where thousands of years of living spiritual tradition still pulse through the land. These are not simply destinations, but living teachers, inviting us into presence, humility, and remembrance.
This is a pilgrimage of the soul, lovingly guided by longtime friends and seasoned yogis, Karen and Simon. Together, and on our individual paths, we’ve lived, journeyed, and returned to these lands again and again - held by the wisdom, the teachings, and the transmissions that continue to transform our lives.
This journey is a sacred immersion — into holy lands that offer more than ancient temples or breathtaking views; they open doors within us. They invite us to step beyond our familiar rhythms and return to life with greater depth, devotion, and presence. They are spaces where magic feels near, and the ancient, timeless wisdom of the Himalayas becomes deeply personal.
Yet, this is not just about where we travel, but how we travel — in sangha, in ceremony, in stillness. It is for those who feel the call to remember, to release, and to reconnect. To meet living India, and the living truth within.
“We journey to holy places not to find something new, but to remember what has always been.”
Haridwar is a city of gateways, where the holy Ganga blesses those ready to release.
A sacred hub for yogis, saints, and sages for millennia, Rishikesh is known today as the Yoga Capital of the World.
Tiruvannamalai, home to the sacred mountain of Arunachala calls seekers into deep silence and stillness.

Midday may bring temple visits, cultural immersion, or spacious rest. Meet Your Guides
Karen
Karen has taught over 1,500 students worldwide and brings decades of experience in yoga, meditation, and holistic healing. Her work integrates Himalayan yogic practices, marma therapy, Vedic astrology, and deep mentorship. Her joy is in helping others awaken to their essence through ancient wisdom, presence, and compassion.
Born in Belgium into a family deeply rooted in health and wellness, Karen began practicing yoga at the age of 8. Her journey has woven through multiple lineages — including Vinyasa, Iyengar, Yin, and Himalayan Sattva Yoga — and led her to advanced studies at the source in Rishikesh, India, where she later served as a Master Lead Teacher at Sattva Yoga Academy.
Deeply devoted to the union of ancient wisdom and embodied living, her approach combines physical practice with powerful yogic technologies that include kriya, prāṇāyāma, mantra, and naad (sound) yoga. Whether through movement, ritual, or silence, Karen offers a grounded and luminous space for others to remember who they truly are.
“It is my greatest joy to share these ancient teachings and to walk beside others on the path of living love and deep remembering.”
Sai
Sai’s journey has always been one of deep listening — to elders, to the land, to the path, to the silence within. From kayaking thousands of km’s solo through remote Australian rivers to riding a motorbike across 50 countries for more than 2 years, his life has been shaped by deep immersion, trust, and surrender. Pilgrimage became his way of life — not just as a path across sacred lands, but as a way of being.
Over the past decade, India has become an inner refuge and nurturing school for Sai. Drawn again and again to its teachings, landscapes, and mystics, he has returned for extended periods of study, service, and soul work — guided by his own teachers and the wisdom of the land itself.
Sai is the founder of Terra de Luz, a sanctuary for reflection and healing on the Camino de Santiago, and is devoted to creating spaces where people can reconnect with what matters most. On this pilgrimage, he walks alongside his dear friend and fellow guide Karen, weaving their shared experiences, deep reverence for the practice, and love for India into each step of the journey.
“This path keeps humbling me, softening me, and reminding me that the real pilgrimage is always within.”

Not at all. There aren’t beginner or expert levels. The practices offered are accessible and designed to support your personal journey—no matter where you're starting from.

We will explore yoga, meditation, breathwork & mindfulness practices. We will also tune to the profound technology of ancient rituals, particularly with the element of fire and mantra. And we are so blessed to be so at the source, the birthplace of yoga.
Sattva Yoga, an integrated holistic yoga practice coming from the Himalayas in India, forms the basis of our yoga practice. It incorporates ancient wisdom and personal evolutionary practices together with contemporary science and mind body research. The practice includes powerful breathwork techniques, kriya/kundalini, asana (postures), meditation, mantra, partner work and freedom movement. The focus will be on the sacred tradition and practice of Kriya Yoga. Through these practices, you can cultivate greater levels of vitality, mental clarity, deep insights, and the experience of feeling luminous, open, receptive, and in flow. THE PRACTICES ARE ACCESSIBLE TO ALL!
These practices meet us where we are at. They are designed to awaken each practitioner to our true nature, raise our consciousness, cultivate, balance and reprogram specific aspects of our being and nervous system. They provide us with a complete and powerful pathway to Self Mastery.

All accommodations on the Incredible India Journey are hand-picked with heart and intention, designed to offer intimate, cozy, and meaningful experiences. Many of the sanctuaries where we’ll stay are hosted by long-time friends and trusted local partners—some we’ve known for over six years. It’s truly like coming home.
Each place is chosen not for luxury, but for its spirit, authenticity, and devotion. These are places that breathe warmth, beauty, and presence.
The styles of accommodation will vary slightly throughout the journey, but what remains constant is the sense of community. We deeply value shared spaces and communal meals, where stories are exchanged, hearts open, and connection naturally unfolds.
A single room is available for an additional supplement of 700€.
-
Once your spot is confirmed, you’ll receive a detailed packing list to help you prepare with ease. We’ll also gather together in an online call before the journey to go over everything and answer any questions.
As a general guideline, think in terms of layers, comfort, and cultural sensitivity. India’s climate can shift between regions and times of day, so light, breathable fabrics are ideal, along with a warm shawl or sweater for early mornings and evenings.
We kindly ask that clothing covers shoulders and knees, especially during temple visits or sacred ceremonies, out of respect for local customs and traditions.
-
Vedic Astrology (Jyotish) readings with Karen are available upon request for an additional contribution.
